Porcelain tiles are very popular for a host of reasons including their durability, variety of colors, and strength. However, like any material, over time they go through a lot. Whether it’s spilled coffee or some mildew, porcelain can become stained. But don’t worry, Warren, Michigan tile contractors have years of experience and know a few tricks for getting out stains. For grease stains they recommend scrubbing the area with a stiff-bristled brush, and then rubbing with detergent. Mildew can be removed by mixing bleach with water and applying the formula to the area with a sponge. You can get oil stains out of your Warren tile installation with a mixture of scouring powder and water. However, this will have to sit overnight for the stain to come out.
