Work Description: Install hardwood stairs.
Comments: They installed one step and two risers and there was a gap on each one of them. They actually put in a filler piece. They were surprised I noticed and they told me that they cannot do it any better and left!!! Also they hacked of the bullnose on the existing steps. I have never seen worse job. Now I have to have someone else re-do it and purchase two new steps and risers. The guy gave me $50 for ruining my steps.
