Comments: Dragos did a wonderful job on a very difficult floor. He took the old tile out and installed the marble tile. He was not the cheapest or the most expensive, but the floor cane out spectacular. I will use him again when i do my living room.

Comments: The contractor was excellent at communication, stating when he would arive at the site, and he worked with the customer to start and complete the job at the customers convenience. Comments: 1. On time, complete job expeditious in order for me to host Thanksgiving and did a fantastic job!!!!! 2. Once again did a marvelous job and was very patient waiting on the balance of my tiles which were in transit overseas and on its way to supplier store here in the in south Florida. Work Description: All of the floor tile in the house had to be removed and replaced.
Comments: Dragos did a great job. My floors look terrific. Some advice if you're planning removal and replacement tile floors 1. Hire Dragos. He's young and very good. Knows everything about tile work. 2. Plan to move out of the house for 2 days more than the job takes. 3. Dragos puts plastic over all cabinets and does a good job cleaning up but we needed to dust our walls, fans etc and then rewash the floors before moving back in.. 4. Check to see if your toilet will need new hardware with the new tile work. 5. Listen to Dragos advice. He told me to wash floors with H20 and vinegar. He was right, it works great. 6 Order extra tile if you plan to update bathrooms/kitchen so that color match is perfect. 7. Would I hire him again. Absolutely.

Work Description: TOOK OVER FROM THE ORIGIONAL TILER THAT DID NOTHING BUT MAKE A MESS AND WAIST MY TIME MONEY AND TILES FINISHED THE JOB IN 2 DAYS AND IT IS PERFECTION AT ITS BEST WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM ,THERE WORK WAS IMPECABLE AND THE NEATNESS WAS BEYOND BELIEF GENERALLY A GOOD EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY AFTER THE NIGHTMARE THAT STARTED THE JOB GOOD WORK GUYS

Comments: i am 77 years old and have had many experiences dealing with building contractors in my lifetime. i have also had some experience in construction as i have built things my self and had at one time been a pipefitter. this by far was the best experience i have ever had dealing with a contractor. razvan dragos lungu of radlam international is probably the best craftsman i have ever dealt with. he goes out of his way to please you and he is the neatest workman i have ever seen. he even calls you if he is going to be 5 minutes late for your job. !unbelievable.!!! he is a young man from romania who has studied economics at university level.i was going to paint my patio but i am so glad i met razvan and had him tile it instead. he is a master and if you want to have something tiled do yourself a favor and call him i guarantee you will not be sorry

During the construction phase of the project, the dust and particals was contained to one area of the house. The workers were on time, polite, hard working and very professional. Work Description: MY HUSBAND AND I WERE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER OF FLOOR PORCELAIN TILE BECAUSE OUR WHOLE HOUSE IS CARPETED, WHICH IS VERY LABORIOUS FOR MAINTENANCE, ETC, AND MORE WITH A 7 YEARS OLD SON AND TWO CATS.
Comments: DRAGO LUNGUS AND HIS ASSISTANCE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, WORKING WITH TOTALLY CARE OF THE DETAILS FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END OF THE END OF THE PROJECT. DRAGO NOT ONLY CALLED ME BACK WHEN WE REQUESTED THE SERVICE, INTRODUCE HIMSELF EXPLAINING THE ENTIRE INSTALLATION PROCESS, THE TIME OF WORK (ACCORDING THE MATERIAL) AND ONCE GIVING AN ESTIMATED REASONABLE FOR BOTH PARTIES. Work Description: tile floors had to removed smooth and retile. The worker Dragos Lungu introduced himself was very professional he commence on time and finish within the range of time stated. I would recommend Mr lungu and this company especially since my neighbor who is also in the tile business stated that for the price and the finish product it was exceptional.

Work Description: New floor tile in Kitchen and bathroom
Comments: Razvan called within a few minutes of receiving my information. He came over within a half hour and I hire him. He was not a typical contractor with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, he was clean, neat, and very personable. He showed up when he said and went with me to pick out the tiles. The whole job only took a day and a half and its a very nice job. I would have him in my house again any time. I am very very pleased!
