Get estamate in writing before project starts, the costs went up - but for understandable reasons, but not what initally verbally agreed. Should have warned the amount of dust - took 3 days to clean house after. Nice employees and good work at a fair price - altogether satisfied with work.

Comments: "I hired Garcia Services to remove 400 SQFT of old tile and install 400 SQFT of Porcelain (24x24 rectified) and 400 SQFT of Wood, they also installed about 200 LSQFT of baseboards. I felt that their prices were a little bit more expensive than the median, but their work ethic and quality is also superior. I can't knock a star off for that. These guys showed up to work every day and even worked trough Saturdays and sometimes Sunday. Always responsive and you can see they enjoy what they do for a living. I would definitely hire them again for any jobs that require quality and skilled labor."
