Comments: Brent, I wish to thank you for the excellent service you provided cleaning my tiled walk-in shower and kitchen counters. The tiles and grout look remarkable and although they are 20 years old, all the grime and mildew is gone, leaving the surfaces clean and bright. More importantly, I wish to commend you on the service itself. Gary carefully described the entire process and reassured me about the materials he used. Gary and Francisco were respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and meticulous in their work. They were highly professional and worked steadily throughout the day, using drop cloths and towels to ensure complete control over their work environment and consequently their work was minimally disruptive. Each time they entered the house, they removed their shoes at the front door without being asked. When they left for the day, there was little evidence they were here. Additionally, your work crew was likeable and friendly, always good characteristics when the work spans a full day or, in my case, two days. I am totally and completely satisfied with your work and look forward to recommending you to others.
