Leandro is very responsive and is knowledgeable about tile and installation. His pricing is competitive and he is willing to give various options to help you make the best decision for your project. Leandro and his team take pride in their work and profession. It shows through when the project is finished. I will be recommending him to people that ask me if I know someone that does good tile work.

Comments: On a scale of 1 to10 I give them an 11. Very professional! They arrived the same time and left about the same time everyday. They wasted absolutely no time at all. In fact except for a 20 min. lunch I did not see them take breaks at all. They worked together as a well polished machine. Very nice and respectful..but the end result is what really counts. I couldn't be more pleased. I was told by other contractors that 18inch tiles could not be put on the ceiling, these guys chuckled at that. They designed the tiles for a beautiful look, also I used rocks for the shower floors and the trim and they installed those beautifully. I really can't say enough for this company. I highly recommend them. And yes, their bid was one of the lowest.

Comments: Couldn't be happier with B&M Excellence Services. The job was started within 2 days of hire and finished in 2 days. They were very experienced and the work was meticulous. They called the next day to make sure I was satisifed with the job and offered to come back to take care of any issues. Customer service was excellent. I would not hesitate to hire them again and recommend them to freinds and family.

Work Description: 650 sq ft mother in law apartment and entrance way.

Comments: This was a difficult tile job due to the uneven concrete floor and our choice of 18 inch tiles. However the installation was flawless. No lippage and the grout lines were perfect. These guys are prompt and courteous. They also matched the lowest bid out of 3 offers. I look forward to using them in the future on other tile projects.

Work Description: removal of old tile and replace 450 square feet with new tile.

Comments: I was given a written bid for three areas. The kitchen area and two bathrooms. I was given a bid of $1770.00 for the kitchen area that they measured to be 400 square feet. After they were almost finished with the project, I was told that they miscalculated the square footage and it was 450 square feet instead of 400 square feet. I was asked if I could pay for the extra hardy backer for the 50 square feet. I told them that would be fine. I was not home when my wife paid them and she was told it was an additional $95.00. That seems like a lot for an extra 50 square feet of hardy backer. I was not told that I would be responsible for the disposal of the old tile when they bid the project. When I saw them placing the old tile in my garbage cans, I asked them if they were going to dispose of the tile, I was told they did not have anywhere to put the tile to dispose of it. I was told they would dispose of it for $150.00, I asked if they would dispose of it for $100.00, they agreed with that price. I later told them I would take care of the disposal of the tile and other materials, so they put it on my driveway. During the job while they were busting up the old tile to remove it, sheet rock was knocked loose from above our stair well ceiling so they had to rent a jack hammer to loosen the rest of the tile. I was told that they would repair the damage where the sheet rock was knocked loose and they never respaired it.

Comments: These guys were very skilled. Their work was beautiful and their suggestions were helpful. They figured out some tricky angles in an attic bathroom and a walk in shower in our master bath. They worked quickly and were professional with their contracts.
