Work Description: We had About Grout perform installation of large tiles to our kitchen, dining room, and hall floors. As well, they installed natural stone on our fireplace mantle and hearth. Several years prior, we had them rebuild our shower after it had failed due to water leaking into the walls.
Comments: I wanted you to know what a pleasure it was having Dallas in our home to do the work on our kitchen floor, landing and fireplace this last May of 2009. We chose "About Grout" to do this job based on our satisfaction with your previous work tiling our bathroom floor and bathtub surround in June of 2007. Dallas is a very hardworking and skilled technician. As he did the prep work on the kitchen floor, leveling the flooring, blocking and shimming where needed, he took the time to explain the process to me. It helped me to better understand how big of a job this was and the necessity of tightening everything up before setting any tile. He kept meticulous hours and always cleaned up after himself at the end of a work day. His attitude was always upbeat and positive and he was always willing to work out and scheduling conflicts we may have had with our schedules. I would recommend your company to anybody who I knew was considering having any tile work done at their home or place of work. Your work ethic and willingness to take care of any defects that might arise after the job is very comforting to a home owner. I would also tell them to request Dallas be the guy doing the work for them. He brings a calm sense of professionalism with him every day.
